On Thursday, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Indore Zonal team claimed to have dismantled an intrastate drug smuggling network and detained three suspects from various cities across the nation. An official statement claims that the NCB, Indore team carried out operations in seven cities across six states and found 130 kg of marijuana.
The cities include Janjgir Champa, (Chhattisgarh), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Sawai Madhopur, (Rajasthan), Delhi, Lucknow, (UP), Rohtak (Haryana), Nandurbar (Maharashtra), the release read.
NCB Indore is continuing in its effort towards eradicating the menace of drug smuggling in its area of responsibility. This is the eighth major seizure carried out by NCB Indore this year, it added.
