Lipi, who was a law student, was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries during treatment.
Authorities stated that the incident occurred around 4 am when Lipi jumped from the 10th floor of a building near the state secretariat.
A note was discovered in her room.
Lipi, a law student in Sonepat, Haryana, was reportedly experiencing anxiety about her exams, according to police officers.
