Dawood Ibrahim, the notorious underworld figure, is reportedly admitted to a hospital in Karachi, and suspicions of poisoning have surfaced in recent reports. However, official confirmation is pending. He has been under medical care for two days, with stringent security measures in place.

Dawood Ibrahim holds the dubious distinction of being India’s most wanted terrorist, with the National Investigation Agency (NIA) offering a reward of Rs 25 lakh for information leading to his capture. The United Nations has also designated Dawood as a global terrorist, placing a $25 million reward on him in 2003.
Various national agencies have registered multiple cases against Dawood, encompassing charges of money laundering, arms smuggling, and his establishment of the notorious D-Company syndicate in 1970. One of the most notorious allegations against Dawood Ibrahim involves his role in orchestrating the 1993 bomb blasts in Mumbai, resulting in the death of 257 people and injuries to 700 others. Additionally, he faces accusations of murder, extortion, target killing, and drug smuggling. While it is widely believed that Dawood resides in Karachi, Pakistan, the Pakistani government consistently denies his presence in the country.
