Model Divya Pahuja’s murder unravels: Police hunts for body and suspects in Gurugram hotel case

The body of Divya Pahuja, the model girlfriend of gangster Sandeep Gadoli, who was murdered in Gurugram, has not been found yet. After being shot dead, the owner of Hotel City Point sent the body to be disposed of in a BMW car, with his two companions Balraj and Ravi handling the task.

Police suspect that they have thrown Divya’s body into the Ghaggar river. However, even the BMW car has not been found yet. The police are now searching for those who took the dead body.

Three additional CCTV footages related to Divya’s murder have surfaced, showing Divya at the reception, going to the room, and then returning, leaving the body of the accused, Abhijeet. Gurugram Police has taken them into custody. Earlier, videos of Divya’s entry into the hotel and the dragging of her dead body have surfaced.

At 4:18 am on January 2, Divya arrives at the hotel reception with accused Abhijeet and another person. They talk to the receptionist for 2 minutes, and the receptionist gives them the key to room number 111. At 4:20, they go towards the room. Police are also searching for the third person seen with Divya-Abhijeet in this case.

Footage from 10:44 am shows a blanket being dragged, and police suspect that Divya’s body is inside it. This CCTV footage helped the police discover Divya’s murder.
At 11:39 pm in another footage, murder accused Abhijeet is seen coming back. According to Gurugram Police, Abhijeet is returning after leaving Divya’s body in the BMW to dispose of it.

Murder accused hotel owner Abhijeet, a resident of Hisar, told the police that Divya Pahuja had some obscene pictures of him, under the guise of which she used to blackmail him and demand money. She wanted to extort a substantial amount. On January 2, Abhijeet brought Divya Pahuja to Hotel City Point, taking room number 111. Abhijeet wanted to delete his obscene photos from her mobile, but Divya Pahuja did not reveal the mobile password even after being asked repeatedly. Due to this, Abhijeet shot Divya Pahuja.

Following this, along with Hemraj and Om Prakash, who worked for cleaning and reception in the hotel, the dead body was kept in his BMW (DD03K240) car. After this, two more associates were called, and the dead body along with the car was given to them for disposal. Divya Pahuja came into the limelight in 2016 when her gangster boyfriend Sandeep Gadoli was encountered in Mumbai. Gadoli’s family had termed the encounter as fake.
