Minister Dilawar expresses displeasure during inspection of Annapurna Rasoi

After the change in government in Rajasthan, though the name of Indira Kitchen has been changed to Annapurna Kitchen, there have been no improvements in the arrangements so far. This revelation came to light during a surprise inspection by Education Minister Madan Dilawar.
On Sunday, Minister Dilawar suddenly visited Annapurna Kitchen near the secretariat. Upon seeing cold rotis and rice, he expressed displeasure and stated that serving cold food to people in this manner is a serious matter. However, those working in the kitchen claimed that the rice and rotis were kept to feed the cows.
Minister Dilawar was not satisfied with their response, stating that providing such food to people in a place where the entire government sits is a very serious matter. Councilor Jitendra Shrimalli was also present during this incident.
Afterwards, Minister Dilawar visited the kitchen operated under the Heritage Department near Panchvati Circle.
There, he paid Rs. 8 and took a plate of food. However, he did not find the food tasty and gave directions to improve its quality.
Despite this, he expressed satisfaction with the cleanliness arrangements in that kitchen.
