Meena seeks justice for BJP workers in Rajasthan

Dr Kirori Lal Meena, a Rajya Sabha Member and BJP candidate from Sawai Madhopur opposed the one-sided action taken by the local MLA Danish Abraar, who is under political pressure from the police in Malarna Dungar, and filed a complaint with Chief Election Officer Praveen Gupta on Tuesday, along with the victims. Gupta assured action in this matter.
The MP said that in Nangal Rajawatan police station, BJP workers were beaten mercilessly, which resulted in fractures in their hands. He said that the party workers are being threatened now.
During the complaint, six injured people were also present with the MP. Two of them have fractures in their legs, and four have fractures in their hands.
Meena said that MLA Danish Abraar had come to Malarna Dungar for campaigning on Monday, where the victims- Lallu Meena, Ghamandi Meena, Pankaj Bairwa, Veerendra Meena, and Namonarayan Meena were demanding their rights democratically. They were protesting against the MLA. Meena alleged that Abraar’s goons, who were close to him, beat them and drove a vehicle over their feet. He said that instead of filing a case, the police threatened the victims and carried out the assault. The MP said that the locals did not create a ruckus in the car, but the goons shielded by the MLA created a scene as if they were attacked. Meena said, “The people of Sawai Madhopur will not be trapped in this falsehood.”

Demand to remove officials:
Meena alleged, “Most officials in the Sawai Madhopur district are inclined towards the MLA’s desire and are behaving like Congress workers. Until they are removed, impartial elections are not possible.”
