Man killed by wild elephant in Thally

According to a forest official, a 50-year-old man lost his life on Friday after being attacked by a wild elephant close to Thally town in the Krishnagiri district. In the Krishnagiri district’s Alamuru area, close to Thally town, the man went to the field in the morning to relieve himself and was attacked by a wild elephant, which resulted in the death of the man. The body was recovered from the scene by the forest department and Krishnagiri district policemen after they received information about the incident, according to an official. The body was then taken to Denkanikottai Government Hospital for an autopsy. More information is anticipated.
