On Saturday, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court announced the next hearing date in the bail plea of the former deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia. The court said they will be hearing the bail plea of Sisodia on 10 March .
Furthermore, the court issued a notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation, on the bail plea matter. To which, CBI sought further 3 days remand of the former AAP leader during hearing in Rouse Avenue Court. The Senior advocate, Dayan Krishnan who is appearing for Sisodia has opposed the CBI request seeking an extension of remand.
“Seeking an extension of remand by CBI is not justified,” Krishnan argued. Meanwhile, the SC has refused to intervene in the matter.
