Legislators as Observers: BJP Gears Up for Rajasthan Elections

Ahead of the state assembly elections, 200 legislators from five different BJP-ruled states were appointed observers and sent to various legislative assemblies in Rajasthan. Over the course of seven days, these legislators, serving as observers, conducted surveys of the assembly seats and provided information about the developmental work in their respective states. After this seven-day tour, they will submit a joint report to the National President of the BJP, J.P. Nadda, who will play a significant role in finalizing the party’s candidate list for the upcoming elections.
The legislative assembly observer for Fatehpur, Shekhawati is Lokendra Pratap Singh, who holds the rank of State Minister in the Prakklan Samiti (Implementation Committee) and is from Lakhimpur Kheri district in Uttar Pradesh. He spent seven days meeting with voters in both urban and rural areas of Fatehpur Vidhan Sabha.
Under the leadership of BJP leader Madhusudan Bhinda, a meeting was held with party workers at the Saraswati Pustakalaya (Library). During this meeting, discussions took place regarding ticket distribution and feedback was taken from party officials about the organization’s activities.
During this event, former NAPA president Madhusudan Bhinda welcomed everyone by presenting them with a garland and a scarf. Several BJP leaders and workers raised slogans together, emphasizing unity and commitment to victory.
In preparation for the upcoming assembly elections, it was stressed that city and district units should remain active and focus on promoting the achievements of the central government’s schemes while also highlighting the failures of the state government. The BJP is seen as a party with a nationalist outlook, and there is a strong belief among the party members that the BJP will form the government in the upcoming assembly elections. Party workers were encouraged to ensure that the schemes of Prime Minister Modi reached every household.
Sixteen contenders from the BJP expressed their aspirations for tickets for the Fatehpur Vidhan Sabha. However, they all gathered on one stage, indicating they would stand together with the candidate who ultimately received the lotus symbol.
