Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan expressed his joy over the success of his film ‘Jawan,’ declaring it the most-watched film on Netflix in India. The extended version release served as a gesture of appreciation to fans for their unwavering love and support. SRK emphasized the overwhelming response from Netflix audiences, reaffirming the brilliance of Indian cinema. ‘Jawan’ has achieved significant box office success, captivating audiences with its compelling storyline and stellar performances.

During a press conference in Mumbai to commemorate the film’s success, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, and director Atlee expressed their joy. Reflecting on the film’s journey, SRK emphasized the difficulties encountered during its four-year production, expressing gratitude to the film’s dedicated team members.

Shah Rukh Khan also announced the release date for his upcoming film ‘Dunki,’ directed by Rajkumar Hirani and starring Taapsee Pannu, at the event. The actor joked that the release dates corresponded to national holidays, saying, “When my film is released, it is Eid.”

‘Jawan,’ Atlee’s debut Bollywood directorial, features a stellar cast, including Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Girija Oak, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya. The film, released on September 7, marks the beginning of Shah Rukh Khan’s collaboration with director Atlee. Currently streaming on Netflix, ‘Jawan’ continues to make waves in the Indian film landscape.
