The Delhi High court on Friday allowed the urgent listing of plea moved by Delhi Police against the discharge of 11 persons including student activists Sharjeel Imam, Asif Iqbal Tanha, Safoora Zargar, who were previously accused in 2019 Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University Violence. The division bench headed by chief justice Satish Chandra Sharma allowed the urgent listing of the matter for hearing on Monday, which was mentioned by Solicitor General Tushar Mehta.
