During a recent interview, Rashmika Mandanna was questioned about her upcoming project, which marks her first acting partnership with Dhanush and Nagarjuna Akkineni. “I always wanted to work with Dhanush sir so much because I feel like he is a performer to the core and I feel like when you work with such amazing performers, you have to improve and you will improve and I’m excited that I know I’m going to learn a lot from him,” the Pushpa actress said.
“I know I’m going to pick up a lot and get better at my craft, and Sekhar sir is directing it, and the story that he has told me made me feel like I really have to be part of this,” she continued. I have a strong desire to share this tale. So, yes, it’s fantastic that we will begin in the upcoming month, and I’m looking forward to it.
The follow-up to their 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise, Rashmika Mandanna had previously discussed her movie Pushpa 2: The Rule, which stars Allu Arjun in the title character. She disclosed the film’s larger scope than the last one, adding that she had just wrapped up a song shoot for it.
As Rashmika talked about her Hindi lineup, she also disclosed that she is currently filming Chaava, a historical piece starring Vicky Kaushal and based on the real-life character Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
Together with Dhanush’s D51 (DNS) and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2, the actress is starring in the lead role in Rahul Ravindran’s film The Girlfriend.
