Huma Abedin, Alex Soros reveal relationship in Valentine’s Day pic

Huma Abedin, a former top aide to Hillary Clinton, and Alex Soros, the son of billionaire George Soros, have seemingly confirmed their relationship with a Valentine’s Day photo posted on Instagram. The picture, taken at a restaurant in Paris, shows the couple smiling together, with Soros’s arm around Abedin’s waist. Soros, 38, inherited his father’s $25 billion empire last year. Abedin, dressed in a long-sleeved gold outfit, also shared the photo on her Instagram Story, suggesting that their relationship is official.

Abedin is known for her work with Hillary Clinton, serving as her deputy chief of staff during her tenure as Secretary of State and as the vice chair of Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Abedin was previously married to former Representative Anthony Weiner, from whom she filed for divorce in 2017 after he was sentenced to prison for sexting with a minor. Their divorce was finalized years later, but there have been rumors of a potential reunion, as they were seen dining together in April.

Alex Soros has been in the news primarily for his family’s wealth and philanthropy. He made headlines when his father chose him to oversee the family’s holdings, including the Open Society Foundation, a nonprofit that supports liberal causes.
