The Hitaishi Foundation, a social service organisation, has undertaken a commendable initiative by providing a new lease on life to a destitute heart patient through a successful operation at the local Civil Hospital in Sector 6.
Foundation President Bharat Hitaishi shared that he received information from the foundation’s patron, Sanjay Ahuja, about the critical condition of Brijesh Kumar, a priest from Raipur Rani, suffering from heart disease at Civil Hospital Sector 6. Due to arterial blockages in his heart, Brijesh Kumar required a stent insertion, and heart specialist Dr. Anil Sood was seeking support from a charitable organization.
In response to Brijesh Kumar’s dire situation, the officials of the Hitaishi Foundation took on the responsibility of covering his entire treatment expenses. On February 17, Dr. Anil Sood successfully inserted a stent in Brijesh Kumar’s heart veins, offering him a new lease on life. Before the patient, Brijesh Kumar, was discharged from the hospital on February 19, Hitaishi Foundation officials including Bharat Hitaishi, Sanjay Ahuja, Prof.
BK Gupta, GD Batra, and Tarsem Garg reassured both the patient and Dr. Anil Sood that the foundation would continue to support any future medical needs of Brijesh Kumar.
Expressing heartfelt gratitude, patient Brijesh Kumar conveyed his appreciation to the officials of the Hitaishi Foundation for their noble work and invaluable cooperation in facilitating his medical treatment.
