JAIPUR: In the case of the suspended Mayor of Heritage Nagar Municipal Corporation, Munesh Gurjar, the Rajasthan High Court has issued a notice to the government demanding a response. The next hearing in the case will now take place on October 6th. The matter was registered for a hearing in Justice Indrajit Singh’s single bench. In this regard, the court has sought a response from the government regarding the suspension case while hearing the caveats filed by the government. The government had filed the caveats on Tuesday.
