Gujarat man held for making extortion call to Big Boss OTT 2 winner

On Thursday, Gurugram Police detained a man from Gujarat in connection with an extortion call made to Big Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav.
Shakir Makrani, a native of Vadnagar, Gujarat, has been identified as the accused by ACP Crime Branch Varun Dahiya.
“Gurugram Police, with the assistance of Gujarat Police, apprehended Shakir Makrani, a resident of Vadnagar.” “He was influenced by Yadav, and in order to earn money, he planned to make an extortion call,” ACP Varun stated.
Elvish was crowned the winner of Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’. He received 48% of the votes cast, defeating Abhishek Malhan in the contest for the crown.
