In an interview with TDG Network, Sirish Korada, Managing Director & CEO of BINDZ Consulting, outlines how the company has grown from an offshoring specialist into a strategic partner for global financial firms. With a focus on scalable, tech-enabled solutions and its flagship Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, BINDZ is redefining how businesses set up and run offshore operations in India.

  1. What was the inspiration behind establishing BINDZ Consulting, and how has your vision evolved since its inception?

The inspiration came from a real gap we saw in how financial services Offshore delivery  was being delivered by consulting and Offshoring firms for the foreign clients. Too often, they were either priced out of quality advice or stuck with rigid, cookie-cutter solutions Or the foreign firms started their offshore centers themselves without any experience of the Indian business and talent ecosystem, making them take a lot of risk or spend a lot of money in the setup. We started BINDZ Consulting with the goal of offering a practical, tech-enabled,  scalable and most importantly transparent Offshoring model for financial services companies which is also tailored to business realities—not a one size fits all solution.

Over time, that vision has grown. Today, we are not just solving financial challenges—we are actively helping our clients plan for the future, scale sustainably, and navigate compliance and risk in a fast-changing environment. Our BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model has really taken off, especially with global businesses wanting to set up their capability  hubs in India.

And lastly the vision was to provide global opportunities for our Indian talent and provide them a platform to thrive.

So yes, the vision has evolved—from solving financial problems to becoming a true partner in growth.

  1. Can you share BINDZ Consulting’s core mission and how it aims to redefine the financial consulting landscape?

Our mission is to make high-quality financial consulting accessible, affordable, and adaptable to the needs of growing businesses. We want to move away from that traditional consulting image of big presentations and little follow-through. For us, it is about being hands-on, available, and delivering impact—every day.

We are redefining the space by blending technology with deep domain expertise. Whether it is through various tech tools, predictive analytics, or our advisory services like risk, valuation, and client accounting—we are making sure that our clients get insights they can actually use, not just reports that gather dust. We also bring a strong client-first mindset into everything we do, right from leadership to delivery.

  1. How would you describe the unique value proposition that BINDZ Consulting brings to its clients?

I would say our biggest differentiator is our BOT model. It is not just a consulting engagement; it is an operational partnership. We help our clients set up an entire company with all its core business function and also enablement and support function from scratch, bring tools, processes, governance and structure run it, and when it is stable, we transition it back—completely structured and future-ready business to the client for them to own it completely. That is a game-changer for a lot of mid to   large size companies that wants to leverage the  Indian market and it’s talent

Then, there is our focus on proactive support, transformation and help build their entire Offshoring strategy. We are not just looking at what happened last quarter—we are helping clients look ahead. And let us not forget the personal attention. We are deeply invested in each client and thelong-term relationships.

  1. What are the foundational principles or values that guide BINDZ Consulting’s approach to financial consulting?

A few things really define us. First is integrity—if it is not right, we do not do it. Second, client centricity. We listen more than we talk, and we build solutions together with the client. Third is agility. Whether it is adjusting to client needs mid-project or adapting to regulatory changes, we move fast and smart.

And finally, people. We have grown 100% in headcount over the past year, and that is because we invest heavily in talent and culture. We believe empowered teams deliver the best work, so we put people—both our clients and our own—at the center of everything we do.

  1. How has BINDZ Consulting’s vision influenced its service offerings and approach to client engagement?

Our vision—to be a growth enabler for businesses—has shaped every new service we have introduced. Whether it is expanding into advisory with valuation, CAS, or risk services, or building our marketing and technology consulting verticals, it is all been driven by what our clients actually need to grow.

On the engagement side, we have built a structure that is collaborative and transparent. From real-time dashboards to constant client feedback loops, we make sure our clients are always in the loop and part of the process. We have also made it a point to be approachable—no jargon, no intimidating decks. Just honest conversations and measurable outcomes.
