Family’s Mass Suicide Attempt Claims Lives of Mother and Baby

In the capital city of Jaipur, a case of a family consuming poison in an attempted mass suicide has come to light.
The incident reportedly occurred in Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar in Jaipur. According to information, all four members of the same family residing in Pratap Nagar attempted suicide by consuming poison. During this, the mother, Sakshi and her 5-month-old son Atharv died, while the father, Manoj and their 5-year-old daughter are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Initial information suggests that the family consumed poison due to financial difficulties, as the head of the family, Manoj, had taken a loan and was being harassed by the bank. A suicide note was found at the scene. According to police sources, the police found a diary in which the entire description of the attempted suicide was mentioned. In addition to this, a statement was given to the police by Manoj, the head of the family, in his critical condition. Currently, the police are investigating the entire case to determine how the family took such a drastic step.
