Estate Office of Chandigarh organises a Grievance Redressal Camp

The Estate Office of Chandigarh has announced the organization of a Grievance Redressal Camp on December 16 and 17, catering to specific sectors and industrial areas. This initiative aims to address the grievances of residents residing in Sector 1 to 30, Industrial Area – Phase I and II on December 16 and for residents of Sector 31 onwards on December 17. The camp will run from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Community Centre Sector 18 and Community Centre Sector 38-C, Chandigarh, respectively.
Residents with pending cases or grievances related to the Estate Office are encouraged to submit their representations at the designated venues during the specified dates. Vinay Partap Singh, Deputy Commissioner, alongside Assistant Estate Officers and Estate Office officials, will be present at both locations to assist and address concerns.
Moreover, Dr. Vijay Namdeorao Zade, IAS, Secretary Finance-cum-Estates, will grace the camp with his presence and oversee the proceedings on both days. The Estate Office commits to review and assess the applications received during the camp promptly. The decisions regarding these applications will be made by the Estate Office and communicated to the applicants in due course.
This proactive approach by the Estate Office signifies their commitment to resolving resident grievances and streamlining administrative processes. It also demonstrates a concerted effort by the authorities to provide accessible platforms for citizens to address their concerns and seek resolutions directly from responsible officials. The presence of high-ranking officials like the Deputy Commissioner and the Secretary Finance-cum-Estates reflects the significance attached to promptly resolving these issues.Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to present their cases, seek redressal for pending matters, and interact with key officials for effective problem-solving. The Estate Office’s commitment to address these grievances through a structured approach during the camp reinforces their dedication to serving the community’s needs and fostering transparency in administrative procedures.
