Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi to participate in a two-day national convention of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The BJP national president, JP Nadda, welcomed the Prime Minister upon his arrival. PM Modi visited an exhibition held at the Bharat Mandapam.
Earlier, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and other senior leaders had also arrived at the venue.
The convention will include a meeting of the party’s national office-bearers and the hoisting of the party flag by National President Jagat Prakash Nadda. Both Nadda and PM Modi are expected to address the party members during the convention.
Two proposals are likely to be presented, focusing on political issues and expressing gratitude for the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The convention will see the participation of various dignitaries, including ministers, party officials, MPs, MLAs, and other party members.
