The team that began its journey from New Delhi arrived in Leh on July 5, 2024, passing through Chandimandir, Manali, Sarchu, Nyoma, and Tangtse. On July 7, 2024, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd), Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, flagged off the team from the Hall of Fame in Leh for the final leg of the expedition, which will culminate at the Kargil War Memorial in Dras.
