CM Bhajan Lal pays tribute to Sikh martyrs on Veer Bal Diwas

On Tuesday, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma reached Shri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara located at Raja Park to commemorate Veer Bal Diwas.

During this, Sharma paid obeisance at Shri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara and prayed for peace, harmony and peace in the country and the state.

Sharma said, “Today is the day to remember the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s younger Sahibzades, Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh.

The bravery and ideals of Mata Gujri, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Sahibzadas gave strength to millions of people. He never bowed his head before injustice.”

To remind the bravery of Veer Sahibzadas, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced to celebration 26th of December as Veer Bal Diwas across the country last year.

CP Joshi also paid his tribute to the martyrdom of Sikh gurus

BJP State President CP Joshi visited the Gurdwara at Heida Ki Mori to pay his respects on ‘Veer Bal Diwas.’ CP Joshi highlighted that the entire country is remembering the courageous Sahibzadas on this day. He emphasised the importance of not bowing down to tyranny and tyranny, alluding to the historical context of martyrdom.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier announced the celebration of Veer Bal Diwas on December 26, 2022, in memory of these valiant Sahibzadas. Present at the occasion were BJP workers, including State General Secretary Damodar Aggarwal, State Vice President Shravan Bagdi, Mukesh Dadhich, Jaipur MP Ramcharan Bohra, District President Raghav Sharma, Yuva Morcha President Ankit Chechi, and Kishanpole BJP candidate Chandra Manohar Batwada.

The event served as a platform to honour the sacrifice of the Sahibzadas and reinforce the historical significance of their contribution to the nation.
