CBI raid underway at TMC Minister Firhad Hakim’s residence

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting a search operation at the home of Kolkata Mayor and Trinamool Congress (TMC) Minister in West Bengal Cabinet Firhad Hakim in connection with alleged irregularities in civic body recruitment.
More information is awaited.
On September 26, the CBI raided six locations in West Bengal in connection with an alleged corruption case involving the recruitment of unsuitable persons as elementary school assistant teachers.
