In a move to realize the dream of a healthy Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated six mobile cancer detection vans, provided by various institutions to the government. These vans will be deployed in 6 regions to raise awareness about cancer prevention and conduct screenings for the diseases. Several officials and representatives from different companies, including Minister Parsadi Lal Meena, Pratap Singh Khachariyawas, Lalchand Kataria, and Govindaram Meghwal, were present at the inauguration ceremony.
Speaking to the media, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot highlighted the government’s continuous efforts in the healthcare sector. He stated that Rajasthan is a model state for healthcare in the country. The mobile vans are being sent to six regions, and discussions have been held with company representatives to arrange vans for other regions. The Cancer Detection Mobile Van will soon be available in three new districts: Pali, Sikar, and Banswara.
Gehlot also commented on the recent raids conducted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on people close to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. He linked these raids to the upcoming elections in Chhattisgarh, suggesting that they might be politically motivated. He stated that these actions, where raids coincide with elections, are questionable and not appropriate.
