Bar Council Of Punjab And Haryana Introduced Lecture Series To Train Young Lawyers

The Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana introduced the set of to begin a lecture series from July, 04, 2023 in order to provide the training to junior lawyers and new entrants so that they can get clarity in their initial years of practice.
The Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana is scheduled to commence a lecture series lasting for 35 minutes, starting from July 4, 2023 till July 15, 2023 wherein it excluded Sundays. Therefore, the said lectures will be conducted by senior advocates or experienced practitioners.
The lecture will be delivered on the following topics:
The Court-craft and Court etiquettes,
Drafting, Pleadings and Filing with Registry,
Litigation simplified,
The Basics of any one specific area of legal practice.
Therefore, the Chairman Suvir Sidhu stated in a letter to the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association and the High Court Senior Advocates Bar Association that the seniors in the profession have the right experience and expertise and with their help and guidance a more competent second line of lawyers can be groomed. The said council feels that such an exercise would deeply benefit lawyers who earnestly seek such mentorship.
I has also been urged by the counsel that the High Court Bar Association to assist it in the senior advocates or seniors in practice to volunteer for training young lawyers at the Law Auditorium in Chandigarh.
