Ten to twelve liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders exploded in a tragic incident close to Symbiosis College in Pune’s Viman Nagar neighborhood, according to officials. Approximately 100 LPG cylinders were being illegally stored at an under-instruction site, according to the Pune Fire Department. Firefighters hurried to the scene to put out the fire after learning of it. “After a fire started at the location, there was an explosion. Three fire tenders are on the scene, and out of 100 LPG cylinders, ten exploded following a fire,” the fire officials continued. There haven’t been any reported injuries or damage as of yet, according to the fire department. More information is anticipated.
