Special prayers were offered for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3’s Lander Module, which successfully landed yesterday at 6:03 pm on the Moon at the Ajmer Sharif Dargah, a Sufi shrine of Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Member of Anjuman Syed Jadgan and President of Garib Nawaz Khidmat Foundation Syed Imran Chishti organised the special prayer ceremony on Tuesday.
Imran Cahishti Dargah Sharif Khadim said that the prayers were offered, and Ayat Karima was recited in the Sandali Masjid of the Dargah for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3. Meanwhile, Indians around the globe have been conducting prayers in anticipation of the soft landing of Chandrayaan-3’s Lander Module on the Moon’s surface. Some Indian students and research scholars in Uxbridge, London organised a special prayer at the Adya Shakti Mataji Temple for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon. A priest at the temple also congratulated ISRO and the Indian government for the achievement and wished for the mission’s successful landing on
the Moon.
