Kota Tragedy: Teen Student Found Dead, Suicide Feared
A 24-year-old man hanged himself on Thursday afternoon at his relatives’ house in Phase 2.
According to the police, he went to his room after eating lunch. They went to check on him after he didn’t respond to their calls and were shocked to find his body hanging from the ceiling fan. The police were called, and he was taken to a private hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Phase-1 SHO Sumit Mor stated that no suicide note was discovered in the room. Police have opened an inquest under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
