Mallikarjun Kharge, the chief of the Congress, congratulated the public on Saturday for getting through the entire 100-day Bharat Jodo Yatra. The foot march left Kanyakumari on 7 September, and on Friday, the 12th day of its Rajasthan leg, it reached its 100-day milestone. The Bharat Jodo Yatra, which began on 7 September will cover 3,570 km from Kanyakumari in the south to Kashmir in the north over about five months. Bharat Jodo Yatra aims to create awareness among people and strengthen the Congress party ahead of the 2024 general election. The tagline of the yatra is ‘Mile Kadam, Jude Watan’.
