Cracking down on Khalistani-Gangster Nexus, NIA Chargesheets Designated Terrorist Arsh Dala along with Three Aides in Pro-Khalistani terror-gangster Nexus Case on Monday.

Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dala, alongside his Indian counterparts Harjeet Singh alias Harry Maur, Ravinder Singh alias Rajvinder Singh alias Harry Rajpura, and Rajeev Kumar alias Sheela have been indicted before the NIA Special Court in New Delhi.

Thus, signifying a significant breakthrough in the NIA’s relentless pursuit to dismantle sleeper cells operated by Dala, which were aimed at orchestrating terrorist activities in various regions of Punjab and Delhi.

According to NIA, these three were instrumental in orchestrating a major terror gangster syndicate in India under the directives of Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) terrorist Dala. With Rajeev Kumar’s support, Sleeper cells such as Harry Maur and Harry Rajpura, devising plans to carry out a series of terror attacks as per Dala’s instructions and with the financial backing received from him.

While Maur and Rajpura were designated as the gang’s gunmen tasked with executing targeted killings,

But Rajeev Kumar, alias Sheela on the other hand, was responsible for facilitating funding from Arsh Dala to harbor Maur and Rajpura. Moreover, NIA investigations have also revealed, that Rajeev Kumar also provided logistical support and procured weapons for the other two individuals at the behest of Arsh Dala.

Earlier, Harry Maur and Harry Rajpura were apprehended by NIA on November 23, 2023, subsequently followed by the arrest of Rajeev Kumar on January 12, 2024.

So, in this manner, NIA continues to reiterate its commitment in uprooting the entire terrorist gangster syndicate.
