This year, Saiyaara actors Aneet Padda and Ahaan Pandey became household names, topping search trends across the country. Popular films like Final Destination, Kantara, and Squid Game also kept viewers glued to their screens; heartfelt tributes for veterans Dharmendra and Zubeen Garg showcased India's collective admiration for cinematic icons.
While ChatGPT continued to dominate the conversations, Google Gemini emerged as the most searched AI tool in the country, highlighting the nation's growing appetite for artificial intelligence innovations. Other AI-related searches like Gemini Nano Banana and X's Grok hint at a rising curiosity regarding next-generation technologies and tools.
The IPL once again topped the search charts, reflecting cricket's unwavering popularity. Rising stars such as Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Jemimah Rodrigues captured attention, and interest in the Women's World Cup continued to grow, underlining a steady rise in women's cricket fandom.
