The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has denied a ticket to the current Legislator of Vidhyadhar Nagar, Narpat Singh Rajvi. This time, Diya Kumari has been given the ticket. Diya is currently the Member of Parliament from Rajsamand. It is believed that if Rajvi contests against Diya Kumari, he might face difficulties during the elections.
In this situation, Rajvi and his supporters can showcase their strength from the Vidhyadhar Nagar Stadium in Jaipur on October 23. In fact, October 23 is the centenary birth anniversary of Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, former Vice President of India. A grand event is planned at the Samadhi site in Vidhyadhar Nagar. Sources suggest that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been invited to this event. However, it is certain that many central ministers, state BJP officials, legislators, and MPs will be present at this event. It is worth noting that Narpat Singh Rajvi is former Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat’s son-in-law.
This event will be held in the name of Bhairon Singh Shekhawat’s centenary birth anniversary, but its real purpose is considered to be Narpat Singh Rajvi’s display of strength. It is said that Rajvi has also held a meeting with prominent people in his constituency on this matter, where the program’s outline was also discussed. However, the final format of the program has not yet been confirmed. It is said that initially there will be a flower offering ceremony at the Samadhi site, followed by a public meeting in the stadium.
Information is emerging that Rajvi has entrusted party workers in his constituency, along with BJP councillors and prominent residents, with the preparations for this event. The target is to gather a crowd of about 50,000 people for the event. A large number of people will also come from the Khachariyawas and Sikar districts to participate in the event.
It is notable that the BJP is celebrating Bhairon Singh Shekhawat’s centenary birth anniversary this year. The programs for this began in May with a visit to Shekhawat’s ancestral village of Khachariyawas. After that, there were talks regarding various programs to be held for five months. Although the BJP made a lot of noise in the name of the programs, it was primarily intended to reach out to the Rajput vote bank in Shekhawat’s name. This is the sole reason why a grand program was organised in Khachariyawas, by the BJP organisation, for the first time. Now, October 23 is Bhairon Singh Shekhawat’s centenary birth anniversary, but the BJP has not yet finalised any program. In this situation, Rajvi is trying to carry out this entire program at his own level.
