The ANC arrested five persons after the raid, including a post graduate in organic chemistry, who used his skills to manufacture the banned drug at the unit, said a senior official of the ANC.

The net worth of the drug haul is estimated at Rs. 1400 cr. The ANC conducted the raid after a specific tip-off and arrested one person from the premises of the Nalasopara unit. According to the police officials, the accused is a post graduate in organic chemistry. The other four persons were nabbed from Mumbai city, including a woman.
