Indian bowler Mohammed Shami, who has just made a comeback from his ankle injury has recently opened up about his best friends in Team India.

As per Shami, Virat Kohli and Ishant Sharma are his best friends from the team, as they were with him, when he was going through an injury lay-off.

Furthermore, he also highlighted that both Kohli and Sharma consistently checked on him, when he was under recovery.

Earlier on Tuesday, Mohammed Shami has recently shared an update about his recovery. As per video shared on Instagram, the Indian pacer was measuredly throwing few deliveries in the training nets.

Despite coming out the injury, Shami continues to exercise caution and did not do bowling at his full strength.

Later on Friday, the bowler again posted another video of his training session.

Meanwhile due to his injury, Mohammed Shami missed a lot of tournaments like IPL 2024, T20 World Cup, Tour of South Africa and Five-match test series against England. After 2023 ODI world cup.
