On Saturday afternoon, a fire erupted at a 22-storey building situated in the Malad area of Mumbai, Maharashtra. The affected structure, identified as a Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) building, is located in the Kurar village area of Malad.

Officials confirmed that there were no reported casualties or injuries resulting from the incident.
