Tiwari expressed concern about the impact these issues have had on the lives of city residents over the years. He has requested the formation of a dedicated “M-Powered Group” consisting of officials and representatives who can devise effective strategies to resolve these issues.

Tiwari also mentioned the significance of the Supreme Court’s verdict and its interpretation by the Chandigarh Administration, especially concerning the expansion of the red line in 22 villages, which was brought under the jurisdiction of the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation.
The governor has forwarded Tiwari’s letter to the advisor to the administrator, directing it to be sent to the relevant secretaries or department heads for further action.
Tiwari reminds governor of his public service

Tiwari, in his letter, reminded the Governor of his extensive experience in public life, both as an MLA and a Member of Parliament, as well as his tenure as a governor in various states. Tiwari expressed his confidence that the Governor understands the urgency of resolving these issues and is eager to provide relief to the people of Chandigarh.
He wrote, “I wish to draw your attention to the fact that each of these issues requires a dedicated group of officials who can focus specifically on these problems and are well-versed in the nuances of the issues.
