Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address rally in Kerala on Monday as part of the BJP’s election campaign for the Lok Sabha polls 2024.

PM Modi will address a gathering at Kunnamangalam in the Alathur constituency in Thrissur District. He will support NDA candidates TN Sarasu and Suresh Gopi, who are contesting in Alathur and Thrissur, respectively.

In the previous Lok Sabha elections in 2019, the BJP fielded actor-turned-politician Suresh Gopi from Thrissur, achieving a vote share of 28.2 percent, an increase from the 11.15 percent secured by K. P. Sreesan, the candidate in 2014.

Following this event, PM Modi will head to Kattakkada in Thiruvananthapuram District to campaign for V Muraleedharan and Rajeev Chandrashekar, both Union ministers contesting under the NDA banner from Attingal and Thiruvananthapuram constituencies, respectively.

This marks Modi’s sixth visit to the state this year. Later, he will travel to Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu, where he will hold a public meeting in the evening.
