MP of Bharatiya Janata Party and candidate from UP’s Sultanpur, Maneka Gandhi is trailing by a margin of 17, 130 votes, reveals very early trends on Tuesday.
Whereas Samajwadi leader Rambhual Nishad is leading from the constituency, while BSP’s Udraj Verma has acquired approximately 66213 votes.
About Sultanpur Political Landscape
The Lok sabha constituency of sultanpur is witnessing a stiff fight between Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Samajwadi Party (SP), and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).
This constituency comprises of five assembly segments, which include-Isauli, Sultanpur, Sadar, Lambhua and Kadipur.
Since independence, no party has enjoyed absolute majority on this seat. As a result, it has seen MPs from various party.
