Chaos erupts after the natural disaster hit the city of Uttarakhand.
4 people are feared to be dead, around 60 people stay missing.
Residents were heard yelling warnings to their acquaintances to run for their lives. The entire market area of the popular tourist town was washed away in minutes, leaving the place looking like a sludge-filled river bed.
At least 25 establishments, including hotels, guest houses, and homes were completely destroyed. A rough estimate by the district administration says that around 60-70 people are missing or might be trapped in the area.
