POEM: AN INVISIBLE SKY

I found a little swing suspended
From the hooks of an invisible sky
And with the curves of my young heart,
I wore it across my arms and swirled.

Waltzing along the ramp of sublime,
I began to sway, from edge to edge,
Between elation, wakefulness and despair,
A new immensity of space I traveled.

The moon whispered secrets of the night,
Stars danced in a celestial sight.
I sailed on whispers of the breeze,
Through enchanted lands and magic seas.

Drowning in the chasm of delight,
Wrapped in a cloak of innocence,
I take tours amongst the wild,
In my little vessel of delight!
