A three-year restraining order against an alleged trespasser has been granted to American media celebrity and model Kendall Jenner.
A Los Angeles County Commissioner reportedly granted Jenner a permanent restraining order against Arnold Oscar Babcock on July 19 for alleged trespassing, according to court records. The court’s judgement follows Jenner’s filing of a non-violent civil harassment case against the man in January.
According to the filings, Jenner, Babcock, their attorneys Kate Mangels for Jenner, and Edward Crawford Watkins for Babcock, attended the hearing. The court’s ruling follows Jenner’s non-violent civil harassment case against Babcock that she submitted in January.
While making this choice may help Jenner feel more secure, this is not the first time she has experienced a security concern. After Malik Bowker was detained in March for trespassing on her Los Angeles property, she was given a five-year restraining order against him in April 2021.
Bowker reportedly knocked on Jenner’s windows while chanting her name, according to TMZ, which cited law enforcement sources. He then started taking off his clothing so he could swim in her pool.
When the incident occurred, sources close to the Kardashians star at the time told E! News that Jenner had increased her security measures.
