Milind Soman to play role of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw in ‘Emergency’; First look out

Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut is in the headlines these days for her upcoming film ‘Emergency’. Makers of the movie ‘Emergency’ dropped actor Milind Soman’s first look as Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.

After Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, and Mahima Chaudhary now Milind Soman entered the movie “Emergency”. Soman is going to play the role of Sam Manekshaw in the film. His first look in the character of Sam Manekshaw has been revealed, which is beyond imagination.

Taking to Instagram Ranaut shared Soman’s look and captioned, ‘”Presenting the dynamic @milindrunning as #SamManekshaw, the man instrumental for saving India’s frontiers during the Indo-Pak war and whose service was as distinguished as his honesty; a charmer, a war hero and a visionary leader in #Emergency.” Reacting to the post, actor Anupam Kher commented, “Brilliant.”

Ever since Kangana Ranaut announced to make a film on the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and audience is very excited to see the film.

Meanwhile, Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw was the hero of the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. So it will be interesting to see him in the role of Sam Manekshaw in the film.

Moreover, Milind Soman also shared the photo and said, “Honoured to be a part of @kanganaranaut ’s directorial #Emergency and play the role of Sam Manekshaw, the man who, with his wit and gallantry, led India to victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak war!”

Earlier Kangana Ranaut dropped the first look of other actors like Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhry, and Shreyas Talpade.

However, the movie “Emergency” is a period film and is directed by Kangana Ranaut. Kangana itself is playing the role of the former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi. The release date of the movie is still awaited.
