Supreme Court: Only Instructing Counsel Can Make Mentioning Before Vacation Bench, Not The Senior Counsel

The Supreme Court in the case observed and has refused to permit Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi in order to mention the matter before it.
The vacation bench comprising of Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Sanjay Karol in the case observed and has stated that as per the vacation bench norms, only the instructing counsel should make mentioning’s and not senior the counsel.

It has been submitted by the Mukul Rohatgi in the case that this being the concerning electricity in Delhi. The bench headed by Justice Karol stated that the said court request the instructing counsel to make the monitoring. It has also been presented by the Mukul Rohatgi passed its urgent matter. Therefore, the vacation responded.
The court further stated that this case will record what you say. Thus, but as per the action norms, juniors are to be sent in listed mentioning’s.

However, the Supreme Court is on the summer vacation till July 2, 2023 and the registry will remain open every day – except Saturdays and Sundays. There being the read list of the vacation benches that will sit during the summer
