Justice Battu Devanand (from the High Court of Andhra Pradesh to Madras High Court
Justice D. Ramesh (from Andhra Pradesh to the High Court of Allahabad)
Justice Lalitha Kanneganti (from Telangana High Court to High Court of Karnataka)
Justice D. Nagarjun (from Telangana High Court to High Court of Madras)
Justice T. Raja (from Madras High Court to High Court of Rajasthan)
Justice A. Abhishek Reddy (From the Telangana High Court to Patna High Court)
However, the name of the Gujarat High Court, Justice Nikhil S. Kariel, whose proposed transfer has been objected by the Gujarat High Court Advocates’ Association (GHCAA), who in the list does not feature.
Further, the name of Justice A. Abhishek Reddy does not appear in the list, who is being transferred to the Patna High Court. Subsequently, the Telangana High Court Bar Association has been protesting against the proposal made by the Collegium of Supreme Court to transfer him. The name of Justice T. Raja is also there in the list who has been transferred to the High Court of Rajasthan from Madras High Court. Recently, the Madras High Court Advocates Association opposed the proposal to transfer him.
