CBI likely to question Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia today.

The CBI has prepared a set of detailed questionnaire for Delhi deputy CM Manish sisodia who will be appearing before investigators in connection with the excise policy case probe on Sunday amid apprehensions of his arrest.
Manish sisodia was called for questioning many times in regards to Delhi’s liquor excise policy case. He was called last on feb 19. Nearly a month before the central probe agency had filed its charge sheet against seven people including middlemen and liquor traders in which sisodia was not listed as accused but the agency had kept the probe into his alleged role open. Earlier AAP had stated that sisodia will fully cooperate with the CBI regarding the excise policy case and will be maintaining that the party is absolutely honest. According to the AAP legislator Atishi mentioned that nearly 150 – 200 cases had been filed against AAP leaders in the past decade but the centre had failed to prove any corruption charges against any of them.Nearly three months after filing its charge sheet the CBI will question sisodia on various aspects of the excise policy his alleged links with liquor traders and politicians claims made by witnesses in their statements. It is also stated that Delhi govt. policy to grant licenses to liquor traders favored certain dealers who paid bribes for it , a charge strongly disapproved by the AAP
