Salman Khan made his return to Bigg Boss 18 following the death of his close friend, political leader Baba Siddique, and a new wave of death threats. Promos for the Weekend Ka Vaar episode revealed Salman admitting that he wasn’t mentally prepared to come back to the show. In a newly surfaced clip, Salman, looking exhausted, expressed his frustration, saying, “Yaar, kasam khuda ki, what all I am going through in my life and I have to handle this.” While he didn’t specify the issues, it appeared to hint at the death threats and his grief over Siddique’s passing.

Salman has been dealing with death threats for some time, with the first one coming from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. After Siddique’s death, a member of Bishnoi’s gang claimed responsibility for the murder and issued a threat to Salman.

On Friday, the Mumbai Traffic Police received two new threatening messages via WhatsApp demanding Rs 5 crore from Salman Khan. The messages warned that if the amount wasn’t paid, Salman’s fate would be worse than that of NCP leader Baba Siddique. Authorities have filed a case at Worli Police Station, and an investigation is underway.

In response to these threats, Salman’s security has been further intensified. The actor already has Y+ Security, and now security on the Bigg Boss 18 set has been enhanced as well. According to India Today, the show will continue as planned, with Salman’s team collaborating closely with the production staff to ensure his safety. Over 60 security personnel have been assigned to the set during filming.

Strict measures have been enforced, including Aadhaar card verification for anyone entering the area. The Bigg Boss 18 crew has also been directed to stay on-site until filming is complete to maintain security.
