For the unversed, Simple made her acting debut with ‘Anurodh’, opposite her brother-in-law and late superstar Rajesh Khanna. Coming back to Twinkle’s post, it garnered a lot of love from social media users. “Beautiful pic,” a netizen commented. “Hahha…such cute photo,” another one wrote. Along with the throwback image, the former actor expressed her thoughts on nostalgia. “Nostalgia is akin to the red and white Phantom cigarettes of our childhood. Like all sugary treats, it may prove detrimental as a daily habit, but it could provide occasional respite. A way of transporting ourselves to a time when we felt loved and safe, and sometimes, oh so cool, as we inhaled the minty smell of a candy-stick held between our lips. Nostalgia reminds us of not just how we lived, but what it was like to thrive,” she captioned the post.

NIKKI TAMBOLI SHARES HER EXPERIENCE IN KHATRON KE KHILADI

Published

on

Nikki Tamboli gained popularity after Bigg Boss 14, and was recently seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 (KKK). Nikki was the first contestant to get eliminated after she was unable to perform the stunt. Nikki Tamboli spoke to The Daily Guardian about her Khatro Ke Khiladi journey and other projects.

How was your experience of being a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi? -I love to take up new challenges in my life so Khatron ke Khiladi was one of the most challenging experience for me. Every moment in Khatron Ke Khiladi was an experience. I had a phobia over most of things.  I tried to face them but unfortunately could not even face it. Though it was a short journey for me but I loved everything about the show. From Rohit sir to my fellow contestants, it was indeed an amazing experience!

Your Journey in KKK11 though short but was extremely entertaining how would you describe that ? Yes it was a short journey. When I performed my first stunt I had got an intuition that I won’t be able to go further. I was scared and could not manipulate my mind to do the stunts. I had to keep it entertained as did not want the audience and fans to get bored and wanted them to laugh and enjoy. Overall it was an amazing journey. Which stunt do you think was the most toughest one and why? It would be my elimination stunt as I did not know how to hold my breath underwater and perform the stunt which was really tough as I have never done something like before and I had panicked. I thought I’ll perform the stunt but as soon as I went in the water catfish and snakes were put on me which made me panic more. It was too dangerous.

Who was your favourite contestants from KKK11 who you think can win the show? My favourite contestant is none other than Arjun Bijlani and we share a good bond. Vishal Aditya Singh and Shweta Tiwari are also those who deserve to win. But my favourite would be Arjun. You already gave 3 hit songs what are the other upcoming projects on your list ? I am waiting to shoot for the songs which are lined up. I have also signed a Bollywood film and a south Indian film as well. I am also planning to be a part of webseries and tv shows. Fingers crossed.
