In connection with a property issue, a police case has been filed against Karnataka Minister D Sudhakar. The Minister of Planning and Statistics is accused of atrocities against Dalits, cheating, and assault.

According to the complainant, Subbamma and Asha, who live in the disputed property in Yelahanka, the minister and real estate developers Seven Hills visited the disputed property on Saturday. They allegedly tried to destroy the property. The group consisted of approximately 40 people, including 15 women, according to the police complaint, and they arrived with a JCB digger and a car.

They then used the JCB to demolish the houses, sheet roofs, and compound walls. The group allegedly assaulted Subbamma, Asha, and others after learning about the issue and rushed to the scene.

Asha, Subbamma’s daughter, was also allegedly abused. The defendants allegedly used caste-based slurs when questioned about their acts.

An FIR has been filed against the real estate developers, as well as Minister D Sudhakar, Srinivas, Bhagyamma, and 35 other individuals. The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, as well as other applicable parts of the Indian Penal Code.
