After Jairam Ramesh, a Congress leader, criticized the new Parliament building on Saturday, referring to it as “Modi Multiplex or Modi Marriot,” the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, JP Nadda, responded to Ramesh’s comment, describing it as a reflection of a “pitiful mindset.”

Nadda characterized Ramesh’s statement about the new Parliament as an “insult to Indians,” stating, “Even according to the Congress Party’s lowest standards, this mindset is deplorable.

It essentially disrespects the aspirations of 1.4 billion Indians. In any case, this is not the first time the Congress has opposed Parliament; they attempted it in 1975, and it was a massive failure,” as stated in Nadda’s post on ‘X.’

In reaction to the remarks made by the Congress leader, Union Minister Giriraj Singh insisted, “I urge that the various Dynastic Dens scattered throughout India should be evaluated and streamlined.

To begin with, the complex at 1, Safdarjung Road should be promptly returned to the Government of India, especially since all Prime Ministers now have their designated spaces at the PM Museum,” as Singh posted on ‘X.’
