The Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday neutralized a Pakistani intruder in RS Pura Sector in Jammu.
Meanwhile, the intruder was asked to stop but still, he continued approaching the fence, and later he was neutralized at 2.30 am.
“An intruder coming from Pakistan side was neutralized along IB in RS Pura Sector, Jammu at 2.30 am today. He was warned by troops but he continued approaching towards the fence. There was no retaliation from the Pakistan side,” a senior BSF officer said.
Meanwhile, a search operation is underway and the area has been cordoned off.
Moreover, on Tuesday a Pakistani intruder was apprehended by the BSF troops in Ramgarh Sector in Jammu and Kashmir and later was brought inside the Indian side after opening the gate by the BSF.
“BSF troops apprehended a Pakistani intruder as he approached fencing after crossing the International Border in Ramgarh Sector today morning. He was brought inside the Indian side of the fence after opening the gate. Nothing incriminating was found in him. The area will be searched,” BSF said.
However, further details into the matter are awaited.
